Personal Identification Information

Online Recruitment Information

Information you upload, such as CV, reference letters, qualifications, images etc. relating to your employment history, skills and experience. Information you provide to us in regular interviews and/or video interviews. Results from tests performed by you in relation to a recruitment process.

Product Feedback Information

Information you submit to discuss product or service. Votes on feedback items. Any image or document you might upload on the product feedback service.

Usage and Technical Data

Information about your use of the website (e.g. the URL you are accessing the website from, your IP address, language and operating system, etc.). We may use cookies to improve your browsing experience, or store your preferences, like language or theme.

Skore-Specific Data

• User-Submitted Content: Metrics, plots, models, datasets, presentations.
• Usage Information: Application performance and usage monitoring data during your interaction with skore hub.
• User Identity Information: Authentication data via ORY partner.

06 Data Sharing Practices

Service Providers

Third-party service providers receive Personal Data for website, product, and service support. These providers use your data solely for service provision and maintain strict confidentiality.

Partners

We occasionally collaborate with trusted partners for marketing purposes, including online webinars and physical events like conferences. In such instances, we may share certain data with these partners to enhance the event experience and provide you with relevant information.

07 Data Retention Periods

Marketing Information

Retained as long as you are an active website visitor, or for a period of 1 year of inactivity. Once this period has passed, we will delete or anonymize your data automatically.

Online Recruitment Information

Retained as long as you are active, have an ongoing purpose, or for a period of 1 year of inactivity. Once this period has passed, we will delete your data automatically.

Product Feedback Information

Retained for as long as you keep your account. When you choose to delete your account, we will delete all your Personal Data from the Product feedback service. The content you have published will remain, but it will be anonymized.

Skore Data

User-Submitted Content and data retained for as long as your account is active. If you do not use your tenant for 90 days following the end of the Trial Period, all your User Data will be deleted. System logs are automatically expired and removed after 90 days.

08 Skore-Specific Privacy Details

Trial Period Data Handling

During the 30-day trial period for Skore Hub, all data is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No payment information is collected during this period as the trial is free of charge.

International Data Transfers

Skore Hub is hosted at AWS data center in Paris, France. For users located outside the European Union, please be aware that your data will be transferred to and processed in the EU. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Machine Learning Data Processing

Model Processing

We store and process machine learning models that you choose to submit as User-Submitted Content. These models remain your intellectual property.

Dataset Handling

Training and test datasets you submit as User-Submitted Content are stored to enable visualization and analysis. You are responsible for ensuring that any datasets you upload comply with applicable data protection laws.

Technical Usage Data

We collect technical information about how you use our products to improve functionality and user experience. This includes feature usage patterns, performance metrics, and interaction data.

We do not use your data, models, or datasets to train our own machine learning models. All your data remains private to your account and is not shared with other users unless you explicitly choose to share it.

Data Subject Rights for ML Data

If your machine learning models or datasets submitted as User-Submitted Content contain personal data of third parties, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate legal basis to process such data. Requests from data subjects regarding personal data in user ML content will be redirected to you as data controller.

09 Data Protection Rights

Access

You have the right to request Probabl for copies of your Personal Data.

Rectification

You have the right to request that Probabl corrects any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Probabl to complete information you believe is incomplete.

Restrict Processing

You have the right to request that Probabl restricts the processing of your Personal Data.

Erasure

You have the right to request that Probabl erases your Personal Data, under certain conditions.

Object to Processing

You have the right to object to Probabl's processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions.

Data Portability

You have the right to request that Probabl transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

Unsubscribe from Communications

If you have consented to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date by clicking unsubscribe in any email, updating your communication preferences, or contacting us directly.
